bekerai danke

The master charmed by Germany bakes,
Shop of discerning bread
Solid flavor of German bread is born by acidity and flavor soft indulgently with Marumi. It is good-quality kind matured enough to be able to produce these. There was trouble as we could not tell all to build up kind that we learned in Germany really in the different Japanese ground of climate. We got cooperation from German Meister of ascetic practices and completed kind of shop original at last.
Another characteristic of German bread of "bekerai danke" is rye grinding self to powder. It is material which is important so that the name changes in the mixed ratio for German bread. We were able to realize only after using rye which had just finished sawing that mellow flavor and profound flavor that we learned in Germany.

※There is space to eat in shop.
